We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

2. Cover Color and Material Warranty:

We offer a 30-day warranty on the color and material of the covers you purchase from coversmart.in. If you notice any defects or problems with the color or material of your cover within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to our customer support team. We will evaluate the issue and, if it meets the warranty criteria, offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from water exposure, tears, or paint damage. Any damages caused by water, tears, or paint will not be eligible for warranty claims.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team within the specified warranty period. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, images of the issue, or any other relevant information to assist us in resolving your claim efficiently.
